Manufacture
Asian sweetmeat is created by an exclusive recipe of confectioners-technologists at the company. The sweet product is produced only during the melon harvesting season. And for the production of chocolate sweet, the company's confectioners use a sweet and fragrant fruit with firm pulp for curing, being saturated with the hot rays of the Turkmen sun. They are cut into long thin slices and dried in the sun for 10-14 days. Braided strips keep melon’s sweetness and aroma for many months.
