Therefore, Turkmen chocolatiers from the HASAR company became participants of the World Food exhibitions conducted this year in Moscow, in the OAU, in Germany and in Istanbul. Demonstrations, including tasting, confectionery products from Turkmenistan, were successfully held on globally recognized platforms for introducing new products to international markets.
This year proved once again that the company has a great potential and reliable reputation, having achieved success and strong position in the confectionery market in the country. High performance, excellent product quality allowed HASAR to receive international certificates ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 22000-2005 in 2017. These certificates are recognized evidence of the enterprise’s high quality management and food safety.
HASAR not only achieved quality indicators, but also constantly keep this high standard. We have an annual audit confirming the certification of the enterprise. A new waffle production line was launched that year. The company’s confectioners build their work in such a way as to cause positive emotions in people and bring sweet moments of pleasure into their lives. The work to complete the enterprise with new technological equipment is continued on a regular basis in accordance with the new confectionery making trends. Thus, following the installation of a new German production line, chocolate bars were included in the range of offered confectionery products, which were to the taste of sweet tooth people, especially children.
The introduction of our own production facilities has become an important stage in the growth of the company. Despite the fact that the new factory is well-known for its high productivity and quality of confectionery products, further technical equipment of the factory has been a subject of constant concern from the very beginning of its work in the company. This year, the factory installed equipment for making elite varieties of sweets and chocolate bar. The delicate flavor of tasty products immediately satisfied the customers’ taste.
2012 was indeed the landmark and life-changing event in the company’s activity. A new confectionery factory was commissioned nearby the old building. The metropolitan enterprise operates round the clock, producing more than 100 items of products, including cookies with various filling flavors, Sweets, caramels, Wafers, as well as chocolate and wafer cakes, fruit jellies and toffee that have been favorite sweets for all from early childhood. All the necessary conditions have been created in the spacious light shops, equipped with the state-of-the-art technology, to produce truly wonderful and delicious products.
That year the range of sweets produced by the company was further expanded thanks to the new equipment for manufacturing fondant and jelly confectionery products covered with chocolate. To make the sweet fairy tale in the lives of children and adults is continued, the factory’s confectioners went on implementing new confectionery solution technologies. As a consequence, a new production line, purchased in Italy the same year, started to manufacture deposit and carved butter biscuits, which immediately became popular among consumers, and are in high demand to the present day.
Consumer demand for the company's sweet products is constantly increasing every year. In order to meet consumer demand, and especially children, confectioners aimed at expanding the product range, For this purpose, German equipment with a line for the production of caramel was additionally installed. This year, the factory team continued to strengthen its image as a highly professional manufacturer of sweet and marketable products. This is confirmed by the fact that the exports of confectionery products to neighboring countries have been carried out for two years.
